Columbia University School of Nursing 125th Anniversary Reunion

Join the Columbia University School of Nursing in celebrating 125 years of nursing excellence!

The school began in 1892 when founder Anna C Maxwell began a standard for nursing education. Often referred to as “The American Florence Nightingale”, Anna established a curriculum of nursing education that served as the foundation of the Columbia University School of Nursing. Today, the Columbia University School of Nursing continues to innovate and transform the nursing profession.

On May 5th, the school will be celebrating by hosting a reunion to honor the achievements of the past 125 years. In addition to honoring the current graduates, the event will feature trailblazing alumni. Sam Jaquish, the founder of NurSearch, will be a speaker in the “Emerging Trends and Expectations for the Future” session. Other activities include a campus tour and a first look at the new school of nursing building. Walk-in registration is available the day of the event!
